Dark Steele Gastro Arts is the passion project of a classically trained chef with a love of world travel. As a result, Chef Gavin is versed in many world cuisines. From classical French to modern American cooking styles, we utilize only the freshest local ingredients sourced from locally-owned sustainable partners whenever possible. We’re passionate about using only the finest seasonal ingredients, and delivering the best gourmet catering experience to all of our clients.
